On January 16, 2019, the board of directors of the group was successfully held in Zambia.Chairman and Group General Manager Chen Jiazhong, Deputy General Manager and Company Director Liu Haibin, Deputy General Manager and Company Director Ma Guokun, Deputy General Manager and Company Director Zhang Haichang, Deputy General Manager and Company Director Lu Hongfa,Deputy General Manager and Company Director Du Qingkun, General Manager of Zambia Branch and Director of the Company Deng Guomin, Independent Director Chen Jiayong and other directors and senior executives of the company attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed and approved the resolutions to add Tian Hongliang and Chen Jiafeng as directors of the board of directors, Li Xianguo and Li Shuzhen as alternate directors,The resolution of the group organization adjustment, the resolution of the shareholding system reform of the branch, the resolution of the management's dividend redemption and the resolution of the business objectives and tasks of each branch in FY 2019.At the same time, the participants carefully listened to the work report of the progress of key projects of each branch, and adjusted the business strategy of each branch in the new fiscal year.

The meeting also reviewed and approved the appointment resolution of the general manager and deputy general manager of the Group Construction Corporation and the appointment resolution of the general manager of the Group Trading Corporation;

 

 

 

 

At the end of the meeting, the resolution on the construction of a happy enterprise was reviewed and approved. By increasing the management of public funds and other humanized management, the core team's dividends were increased, corporate social responsibility and other measures were implemented, and the employee's happiness index was improved.
