In June 2004, he graduated from North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, majoring in civilengineering.
He worked for Shandong Ningjian Construction Group Co., Ltd.
He joined Guangjin in May 2014. He is currently the technical chief engineer of the construction business center of the group and the deputy general manager of a domestic construction company. He is fully responsible for the technical aspects of the construction business center and assists the daily work of domestic construction companies.
