In our daily work, we organize regular construction safety management meetings and progress meetings to continuously promote the project. It is now the rainy season, which makes the construction quite difficult. In order not to affect the construction progress, the project department is taking drainage measures and coordinating the construction work.
Completed and operational are the labor camps in Areas B, C and D, the Elegant House and Frame House dormitories in Area A, and the Owners' Camp.
To date, about 2 kilometers of water-stabilized pavement has been laid on the roads in the field.
Cement Batching Plant
This project is a frame structure with a total concrete structure height of 13.5 meters, divided into two floors. Currently, the construction has reached the second floor, the 13.5m column reinforcement formwork has been completed, the beam reinforcement has been accepted and passed, the formwork is being installed and reinforced, waiting for acceptance and pouring.
Pre-homogenization Yard for Auxiliary Materials/Gypsum/Mixed Materials
Concrete pouring for 1-30 axle grid foundation is completed, and earth backfilling is completed; concrete pouring for 2-11 axle track foundation is completed, now tying up track floor beam reinforcement and installing track and pre-buried parts; foundation for DLQ-1a 82m retaining wall has been poured to complete the bedding layer, and SLQ-2 retaining wall has been completed.
Heavy Oil Tank Foundation Project
This project is substantially complete, with the bulkhead within the firewall 70% complete. Both the medium coarse sand bedding and asphalt layers have been completed.
Limestone Pre-Homogenization Yard/Pure Limestone Depot
This project is now complete with the track girders poured as a whole, waiting for the installation unit process to be completed for the second pour, the gallery foundation is complete and the backfill process has been completed, and the remaining two column foundations at the end of the gallery awaiting construction due to weather conditions.

Flour mill project in Vienna
The Flour Mill Phase III project is the third time that Guangjin Construction has participated as an engineering contractor in the flour mill construction project of GRANOFINO, LIMITADA, which is located at Highway 25 in the city of Vienna, Luanda Province, Angola. The site is divided into two construction areas, Building 6 and Building 11, Building 6 is a 6-storey industrial building for grain processing and Building 11 is two reinforced concrete silos with a height of 20 meters.
Progress of the project: Building No. 6 completed the concrete pouring of the second floor slab, and Building No. 11 completed the reinforcement tying and steel mold installation at +2.70 meters.
Luanda Motel Program
The motel project is now in the finishing stages, with the main building lobby basically complete, awaiting only the arrival of light fixtures and hotel signage. The large annex is currently working on a new three-story ceiling under construction, and the main building corridor light strips are under construction due to the recent arrival of light fixture materials, while the outdoor work has been completed in its entirety.
